Sorry to say that you have no option to calculate your percentile score because percentile score is depend on -
1) Total no of candidate can appearing in the exam.
2) Number of candidates who have scored less marks than you.
Both are unknown to you, so you do not have to calculate it. Because this information is hidden to candidate.
If you collect above two date, then you can easily calculate your percentile.
From below given mathematical calculation, you can calculate your MAT percentile.

You won't get good college with this score. I would suggest you to take admission next year with better score and easier entrance exam like mat CET etc.
Still, if you are very keen to take admission, then go for MITSOB, GIBS, and BIMM.

I guess you mean Top MBA College, not MA college.
XLRI, Jamshedpur.
FMS, Delhi.
SP Jain, Mumbai.
IMI, Delhi.
NMIMS, Mumbai.
JBIMS, Mumbai.
ISB, Hyderabad (I think this is the best of all)
Cutoff for them is as high as IIM
All the best.

Hey any score above 98 percentile is considered very well for MAT exams. Since MAT is considered to be an easy paper compared to other form of entrance, that's why cutoff goes very high.

Being an alumni, I would not like to recommend you ITS, PGDM. If you scored 90%, you can opt for colleges like BIMM-Pune, IIRM-Hyderabad, NIBM-Pune, and XIME-Kochi. If you scored 97%, you can chase SIMSREE-Mumbai, PUMBA-Pune, XIME Bangalore, KJSMAIYA, and JBIMS. Choose your area of interest (sales, financial sales, core finance, HR) and then choose the college according to that.
