Indeed, taking the CAT is a requirement for admission to FMS Delhi University. For admission, the institute does not recognize the results of any other MBA entrance exam for candidates who are domestic. For students in the General category, the minimal cutoff needed to get into FMS is the 98th percentile. The 98th percentile on the CAT is the cutoff point for admission to FMS. For students in the SC category, the CAT cutoff is between the 50th and 85th percentiles. For the 2023–25 batch, the cutoffs are anticipated to remain the same.

The following entrance exam scores are accepted by the SP Jain Institute of Management and Research (SPJIMR): XAT, CAT, NMAT, GMAT, GRE, and MAT.

You have to pass the admission exam in order to be invited for an interview.The profile-based shortlist is made public prior to the announcement of the entrance exam results.Interviews are conducted only subsequent to the release of the CAT results.

Yes, university accepts CMAT score.

Saurashtra University offers admission to PG courses like MA, M.Sc, M.Com, MBA, etc. Admission is granted either on the basis of entrance exam scores or merit secured in the last qualifying exam. Mentioned below is the list of PG courses along with few of their specialisations.

For MBA, the candidate must have completed a bachelor's degree in the relevant specialisation from a recognised University and he or she must be eligible for GCET or CMAT examination.

The Common Admission Test (CAT) is a competitive entrance exam for  various graduate management programs including MBA offered by reputed business schools in India. CAT does not have a fixed cutoff, as the cutoff varies from  business school to business school and may change every year.

  1. One of the most important points in SIES Mumbai PGDM Admission Eligibility criteria is that apart from a recognised graduate degree, the candidate should appear in one the MBA entrance exams namely CAT/XAT/CMAT/MAH CET/MAT/ATMA and must score well to become eligible for admission.

Generally the CAT/GMAT/MAT/XAT/CMAT/IIFT etc. are conducted much before the final semester exams of most undergraduate courses. Candidates are also eligible in some of these exams from their second last semester which gives them enough time to ponder over their choices based on the scores obtained. The couselling also takes place immediately once the results of the exams are out.
