MBA Entrance Exam

ATMA scores are accepted by over 700 management colleges in India. Students who appear for the ATMA exam can get admission to various top MBA, MCA PGDM and MS colleges in India. Each participating institute releases an ATMA cut off after the exam is conducted. Those who meet the ATMA cutoff will be called for further selection process which includes GD What and PI. The selection process is a 4 step process:

• ATMA exam: Students need to appear for the ATMA exam on the scheduled date. The exam is conducted in the CBT Test mode at different exam centres across the country.
• Group Discussion: Group Discussion or GD is conducted for the students who clear the ATMA exam and meet the ATMA cutoff. They will have to talk on a particular topic and they will be judged on different grounds.
• Written Ability Test: Students will be required to take a WAT and write a short essay on any topic allotted by the panel of judges.
• Personal Interview: Students will then have to appear for an interview before the expert panel after they clear all the previous selection rounds. They will be assessed on general awareness, extracurricular activities, academics, etc.

The ATMA answer key released by the examination authority contains each question and its status which means, the answer marked by the student and right answer. The answer key will also have the question which were not attempted. The following information will be mentioned on the ATMA answer key:

1. Name of the student
2. PID number
3. Exam slot
4. Test date and time
5. Section-wise Questions
6. Question type
7. Question ID
8. Status (attempted/not attempted)
9. Right option
10. Student's response

Those who appear for the ATMA exam, must check their answer sheet once it is released. It will help in analysing performance in the exam. They can use this information to know their tentative score and make an estimation of their chances of admission into the desired college.

There is no difference between the registration process of CBT, PBT and IBT modes of MAT. The application form for MAT CBT, PBT and IBT is common. The candidate has to register at AIMA website with their personal details for MAT and fill an online application form in which the option to choose the exam mode will be given. Candidate will be required to select the exam mode of their choice and the select test city as per the list given. Candidates can select more than one exam mode in single form, but they will have to select test cities (no selection to be done in case of IBT exam) accordingly. The fee payment is to be done per exam session. If you have applied for single session, then you will have to pay INR 2200 and if you have applied for two sessions, you will have to pay INR 3,800 as the application fee.
