IBSAR Navi Mumbai provides 100% placements to its MBA students. IBSAR also sends regular MBA students to 2-month paid international internship in Germany, USA, Singapore and Dubai. IBSAR Navi Mumba also offers domestic internship to its MBA students. Companies such as Utkarsh Small Finance Bank, WNS and Indisuan Pharma visited the campus during MBA placements 2024.
Earlier, companies such as PropertyPistol, Airtel and Avientek offered salary package of INR 15 LPA, INR 6 LPA and INR 9 LPA, respectively during MBA placements 2023.

During the 2024 placements, Finance emerged as the top MBA branch in terms of the highest median salary. However, Marketing topped the charts with the highest number of students placed.
