Anurag University shortlists students based on their performance in the accepted entrance exams. The accepted entrance exam for the MBA programme is TSICET. Based on the TSICET scores obtained by the candidates in TS ICET, a state-wide merit list will be released in the form of ranks. The seats are allocated through TSICET counselling.

IIT Madras MBA admission is based on the CAT score, followed by the candidate's performance in the PI round, conducted by the institute across five cities. Sardar Patel College follows the Telangana State Council of Higher Education admission guidelines. As per council, candidates must appear for the TSICET entrance exam and further participate in counselling rounds. Before applying candidates must make sure to have a bachelor's Degree with 50% aggregate. 

According to the overall placement report, the highest package offered at IET Lucknow is INR 49 LPA (on campus). However, there was a 42% increase in the students placement. Additionally, the highest package offered off campus was INR 1.2 CPA. More than 50 companies visited for recurring. The placement season begins in July and lasts until June. The company's visit is tentatively scheduled based on the package offered by the company.
