Placements: This year, nearly 50% of students secure campus placements, with an overall placement rate of over 80%, including off-campus placements. The highest package is 24 LPA from Landmark Group UAE, followed by 18 LPA from Splash and 11 LPA from ICICI Bank. Most offers range between 5-8 LPA, primarily for marketing, sales, and HR roles, along with positions in operations, project management, consultancy, and analysis. The lowest package is 5 LPA. It is advisable to seek internships independently, as those offered by the college are not very relevant.
Infrastructure: The basic facilities such as smart boards, microphones and speakers, drinking water, and a girls' common room are available. The departmental library is well-equipped with resources and study materials. There are numerous canteens on campus that offer good food at reasonable prices. The campus is green and beautiful. Talking about the hostel, it has 3-seater rooms, a common room, a reading hall, clean drinking water, and average mess food available.
Faculty: Most of professors are helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. The course curriculum is revised and updated, but the B-school environment is lacking. The atmosphere is not as competitive as that of a B-school. Semester exams are not very difficult, with easy questions, some practical questions, and case studies included. The pass percentage is 40%.

It is one of the best MBA colleges in India and had top placements in 2022.
Placements: Placements for the year 2022 were very good. Almost 75% of students got placed via placement cell this year. The average salary package offered was around 8 LPA. Companies like Brain& Co., Limeroad, Landmark, Vedanta, Delivery, Decathlon, etc., were some prominent recruiters this year.
Infrastructure: Department for management studies has all the necessary facilities and modern infrastructure. There are different business clubs to join, annual fests, and many other business-related projects to take part in. There is no separate hostel facility for MBA students.
Faculty: Faculty members of the department of business studies are highly experienced. Our department has top-level faculty members. They know what they are doing. They are supportive and always ready to help whether on-campus or off-campus. The syllabus get frequently updated to meet the changing needs of the industry.

Jamia Millia Islamia college memories won't be erased.
Placements: I got a job offer from Citi for the role of portfolio accountant with a package of 3.7 LPA. Even I visited the Shiksha website to guide myself as to how to present yourself. Even the faculty helped us a lot to improve our personalities.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is well-established with all the facilities such as Wi-Fi, labs and classroom. There is a library with sufficient multiple stocks of books which are related to the courses.
Faculty: Teachers were knowledgeable. Faculty of finance department was excellent, who helped us as a student to guide through internship and the entire course. Even faculty gave us a lot of projects which helped us to change our perceptions on various topics.
Other: Shiksha helped me to how to be calculative, selective and do smart work.

Review of Centre for Management Studies, Jamia Millia Islamia.
Placements: We have a student placement cell entirely directed by the students for the students along with the full support of the placement advisory of our department, and we aim for inviting the best organisations for campus recruitment and internships rigorously. The average salary package expected is in the range of 5 LPA to 9 LPA + variables with various positions in the managerial post. Some previous recruiters were Swiggy, ITC Limited, Honda, Rivigo, Sharekhan, Byju's, Urbanclap, Decathalon, Vodafone, HCL, EY, Zomato, FedEx, etc.
Infrastructure: We have a moderate to advance infrastructure with Wi-Fi facility and well-equipped classrooms, lab and library which is air-conditioned and has good ambience. Our campus has many nice canteens with affordable and good quality food. Overall, it is a very happening campus. Our campus also has a huge sports complex with good trainers and gym facility for the sports quota students. Special attention is given to sports quota students and international students.
Faculty: Our faculty members are highly experienced and knowledgeable with friendly behaviour, and they possess a great position in our hearts and minds. The teaching quality is excellent, and the teaching methodologies are powerpoint presentations and chalk and board method along with some great and helpful case studies. We get great industry exposure via alumni meet, interactive sessions, and seminars.
Other: We, at centre for management studies, organise annual techno-cultural fest named Aalen. We have Mi Bytes magazine, entrepreneurship and innovation cell, and a student placement cell.

The college needs to improve its placements and hostel facilities, and update the course curriculum.
Placements: Placements were very low for our batch and our senior batch. The highest salary package offered for our batch was 3.7 LPA. Only Axis Bank recruited 10-12 candidates from our batch. Everyone else got placed on their own, and fortunately, most of us are now placed in good companies.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college was very good. You can see a lot of greenery on the campus. Food available in the canteen was quite good. The hostel facility in the college needs some improvement. Steps should be taken by the college to indulge students in sports activities and other extracurricular activities.
Faculty: Teachers in our college were helpful and experienced. Most importantly, visiting faculty members were very good. Their way of teaching was interesting and indulging. We did not get any industry exposure, and the most important thing is to update the course curriculum as per the industry requirements.

It is the best university in India.
Placements: Placements in the university, especially in the Centre for Management Studies are pretty good. The placement cell works very hard to provide excellent placements and internships to students. Several large-scale and small-scale companies visit the college every year. The average package offered was around 6 LPA to 7 LPA for MBA students. Around 50% of the students got placed in 2016-2017.
Infrastructure: The university provides state-of-the-art infrastructure for students. It has a central library, several canteens, high-speed Wi-Fi, smart classrooms, labs, etc. The university encourages sports, and also a high tech sports complex and other equipment are available.
Faculty: The course curriculum is according to the guidelines of UGC and is updated every year. Teachers are helpful to students in learning. Smart classes are also available. Every book and study material is made available in the library for students. The teachers support students in every possible way.

A Central University with high anticipation.
Placements: Near about 50% of the students got placed in the companies such as Axis Bank, S&P Global, Decathlon, Karvy Stock Broking Limited among others. The highest Package offered was 6.06 LPA, Average Package is 4 LPA and the lowest Package was 3 LPA. The diverse roles varied from Service Account Manager, Assistant Manager, Executive Trainee and Senior Executive - Sales etc. There is a placement cell working at the University level as well as the Management department level, which is functional and operational to fetch out best opportunities for the students.
Infrastructure: There is a National Level Sports Complex named M.A. K. Pataudi Sports Complex available at the University campus along with various departments and faculty members catering to diverse fields of specializations. Apart from this, a dedicated lab in Faculty of Information Technology is constructed in the campus. Hostel rooms are exemplary. And there are no infrastructure related issues as such.
Faculty: As it is a Central University, hence all the faculty members are highly qualified and infused with deep knowledge of their respective domain along with great sense of contemporary trends in the world. The Quality of teachers are at par to the expectation of the students. The Student to Faculty ratio is around 25:1, I. e, 25 students per professor or faculty member. As we are enrolled in professional course, the industry visits, port visits, conclaves, conferences, exhibitions are an integral part of curriculum.

Placements: Placements are quite good. We have a decent percent of around 80% placement record. The package varied from 4- 8 lac p. a.
100% of students got internship. Yes, we do have a placement cell which is working their level best for the betterment of student and JMI. It is useful for students as national and international internship and placement opportunities are being circulated from here amongst students.
Infrastructure: The Infrastructure is pretty good actually. Almost each classroom has AC installed. Each department has its Library. Super fast Wi-Fi is available for the entire campus. Each department has labs which has the latest computer systems installed. Superb quality food at reasonable price. Neat hostel rooms.
Faculty: Teachers of Jamia Millia Islamia no doubt are well qualified, knowledgeable and some are extremely helpful. Each teacher has its own teaching methodology. Classrooms are smart classrooms with projector and speakers installed. So its fun as well while attending lectures. Talking about my department, as I am in management department, we do have an industrial visit each year. Course curriculum updated and is according to the demand of market.

There is no such course for MBA in distance mode, but there is MBA executive course where you have to attend a few classes in a month, so you can try for it, if you like to do it.

It is a pretty decent paper neither too hard nor too easy.
When compared to CAT, it is comparatively easy but when compared to other entrances like MAT, etc., it is comparatively tough. So, it lies in between.
