YES, you can join D. Y. Patil Medical College, Kolhapur directly through management quota seats. These management quota seats are avilabable in this college but you have to fill form for them and you have to score atleast 50% marks in your 10+2 (Physics, Chemistry, Biology ). Also you have pay extra amount for these seats and it is not confirmed that you will get this seats as there are limited number of management quota seats.

The information on the official website of D. Y. Patil Medical College, Kolhapur states that the annual tuition fee for MBBS is INR 7,70,000. This cost covers both the development and tuition fees.
