Getting a Govt Medical College Seat with those marks is next to impossible
its better you go for a drop and prepare better for next years exam
or opt for a private college this year
you can also get a government seat using the NRI quota

Currently, NEET is not required for most physiotherapy admissions. Most colleges admit students based on Class 12 marks. However, from 2026 onwards, NEET is expected to become mandatory as per the NCAHP notification. Students applying from 2026 onwards should keep NEET preparation as a priority.

in BHU
For MBBS the closing ranks are
1700 for Gen
2600 for OBC
20k for SC
26k for ST
for B.Sc Nursing the closing ranks in BHU are as follows

Students from around the world aspire to study at MBBS in Russia because of its excellent quality of education and research and low fees. To check the merit list for JIPMER Puducherry for admission to the MD, MS, MCh and MDS courses, students have to first appear for the INI CET entrance examination.
Further steps are below:
- Got to the AIIMS website.
- Click on the academic courses option
- Choose the postgraduate courses option
- Click on INI CET entrance exam option
- Download the merit/rank list if it's out.
Candidates should know that just getting their name/rank in the merit list does not guarantee admission; they also have to take part in the counselling process to be considered for a seat at the above-mentioned courses.
