Yes. NEET PG is compulsory for those candidates who want to pursue postgraduate medical courses. Those who qualify the exam with the minimum cut off become eligible to participate in the counsleling for seat allotment. NEET PG or National Eligibility cum Entrance Test for Post-Graduation, is conducted for providing admission to various MD (Doctor of Medicine)/ MS (Master of Surgery) and PG Diploma courses in medical colleges across the country.

Yes. Choices for NEET PG counselling have to be locked in the given deadline. If a candidate doesn't lock the choice of college and course, it gets automatically locked after the deadline. Based on declared choices, availablity of seats, reservation factor, seats will be allotted. NEET PG 2025 counselling is yet to begin. MCC will announce the schedule soon.

Yes, Uttar Pradesh University of Medical Sciences accepts NEET-UG score for admission to MBBA programme. Candidates have to register for NEET-UG to apply for UPUMS MBBS course. The university considers NEET rank and Class 12 score for admission in MBBA programme. In 2024, the R2 closing rank for General-All India category in NEET is 10349.

The UP NEET PG 2025 counselling is conducted online. Candidates must register online on the official website, dgme.up.gov.in, to be eligible for the seat allotment process. UP NEET PG 2025 counselling registration dates will be released soon. Candidates have to register on the official website and submit application form for UP NEET PG admission 2025. Registration for UP NEET PG 2025 counselling can be done on upneet.gov.in.

Answer key can be challenged for certain exams where officially the answer key is released by exam conducting body. As NBE doesn't release the official answer key for NEET PG exam, challenging the answer key doesn't hold any merit. Mostly in offline exams, the answer key can be challenged after paying certain sum of money.

The name of NEET PG 2025 topper is Dr Pooshan Mahapatra. He did got 707 marks in NEET PG 2025. Second topper is Dr Greeshma with 705 marks. NEET PG 2025 exam was held on August 3, 2025. NBE had announced the result on August 19, 2025.

NEET PG cut off marks is decreased at times if seats remain vacant to be filled up. NBE releases the cutoff score for NEET PG. Only those candidates who qualify for the examination are eligible for the counselling process. However, if the number of candidates who have qualified the examination is less than three times the number of seats, NBE revises the cutoff percentile. Brachwise cut off for the All India quota seats will be released by Medical Counselling Committee for each round. Seats will be allotted based on NEET PG rank, choice filled, availablity of seats in branch etc.

NEET PG 2025 counselling process will be done through the official website of the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC), mcc.nic.in. Candidates must register online to participate in the counselling process. Candidates have to register online and declare choices for participating in the counselling process. Registration can be done on the official website of MCC, mcc.nic.in. For registration, candidates have to login with email ID and mobile number and fill application form. Candidates can declare n number of choices based on their preference of college and course. It must be noted choices must be saved and locked before the deadline as

Candidates who get the minimum qualifying cutoff marks on the NEET PG 2024 exam are eligible for counselling process. These cutoff marks as decided by NBE. The qualifying cut off may vary as per the category. The counselling process consists of 4 rounds and registration can be done in all rounds except the last one. The counselling of NEET PG is an online process. Candidates have to fill choice for college and course and lock them in the given deadline.
