NEET UG Counselling

The registration process for NEET UG counselling is completely online. The step by step process to register for NEET UG counselling is as follows:

• Visit the official website of MCC – mcc.nic.in 
• Click on the ‘New Registration’ tab under the Candidate Activity Board section
• Click on the New Candidate Registration tab
• Read the instructions and click on 'I Agree' check box
• Enter the mandatory details such as NEET UG roll number, NEET UG application number, mother’s name, date of birth and security pin
• Click on 'Submit'
• The credentials will be generated and sent to the registered email address
• Complete the registration form by entering personal, educational, NEET result and other details and uploading of scanned photograph and signature
• Pay the registration fee and take a printout of the registration confirmation page

Candidates must ensure that they have completed the registration process. Otherwise, they would not be able to proceed towards choice filling, which will ultimately result in the non allotment of seats. 

The eligibility criteria and other important factors for the Stray Vacancy round of NEET UG counselling are as follows:

• Candidates should not have been allotted seats in the past three rounds
• Candidates must have resigned from the allotted seats
• Candidates allotted seat in Round 3 should have opted for upgradation in order to participate in the Stray Vacancy round of NEET UG counselling 2023

Regarding the Stray Vacancy round of NEET UG counselling 2023, MCC has stated, “If a candidate is allotted a seat in Stray round, he has to join the allotted seat/college. If the candidate does not join the allotted seat, he/she shall be debarred from the NEET examination for 01 Year along with forfeiture of fees."

Haryana NEET UG counselling is conducted in partially in online mode and offline mode. Except the last phase of counselling, which is the document verification, the rest of the rounds of the processes are conducted in online mode. DMER Haryana releases the counselling notices or the schedule and the seat matrix in an online mode, on the official website. The registration and choice filling processes also need to be done in online mode by visiting the official website of the exam. The merit list and the seat allotment result are also declared on the official website of the Haryana NEET counselling, in PDF format. The last and final step, which is the institute reporting, or the document verification, has to be done in offline mode, by visiting the allotted institute, or the venue stated by the counselling authority. 

The Haryana NEET counselling 2023 was concluded with the Stray Vacancy round. The registration process for the Haryana NEET UG counselling 2024 Stray Vacancy round was conducted from September 23 to September 25, 11.59 PM. The seat allotment result was declared on September 26. Candidates had to deposit the tentative tuition fee between September 26 and September 28, 11.59 PM. The institute reporting for the document verification round was conducted on September 29, 9 AM onwards. The erstwhile three rounds were conducted from July 26 to September 15. So far, over 2,000 candidates were allotted MBBS and BDS seats and in the second and third round, a total of 119 candidates' seats were upgraded.
