
The Madhya Pradesh Department of Medical Education (DME), will release the NEET 2026 Counselling schedule after the MCC releases its schedule. This year, the NEET 2026 exam will be conducted on June 21 nationwide. Earlier, the NEET exam was cancelled due to paper leak cases reported at various exam centres.Â
The NEET re-exam admit card 2026 was released on June 14. There will be four rounds of counselling, namely

MP NEET 2026 Counselling: Eligibility Criteria
Students have to fulfil the following eligibility requirements for MP NEET admission 2026:
- Domiciles of the states will be given preference
- Students must be at least 17 years old. There is no upper age limit.
- Â They should have passed Class 12 or equivalent with Physics, Biology, Chemistry and English as core subjects.
- Students must have domicile of state. Those who don't have domicile but have completed formal education from the state can also apply.

MP NEET 2026 Counselling Process

Profile Creation:
Candidates have to create a profile on the Counselling portal before registration. Candidates will have to provide details such as roll number, secret key, and captcha, contact number and bank details to create a profile.Â
Registration:
After the announcement of the NEET result 2026, all those who qualify the NEET exam and wish to participate in the counselling will have to register on the portal of DME. They must note that it is mandatory to register online to fill the application form for the counselling of MP NEETÂ 2026.
Seat matrix and merit list:
DME releases the seat matrix before the counselling process starts. After the seat matrix, MP NEET state merit list is released.Â
Choice Filling and locking:
Candidates who are shortlisted in the merit list can declare choices online. Candidates can declare their choice of college and course in the given deadline. Choices have to be locked as well.
Seat allotment list:
Based on the merit position of the candidate and the choices filled by them, DME will prepare the results for the counselling of MP NEET 2026. The result for MP NEET counselling 2026 is better known as the seat allotment list. DME will release a separate seat allotment list for every round of MP NEET 2026 counselling.
Document verification and confirmation of admission:
Candidates who have been allocated a seat and want to continue with it will be required to report to the respective institute for document verification. They need to carry original certificates, with two attested copies, to the allocated institute for verification. They will also need to deposit the tuition fee for the current year to confirm admission.
