If you choose CS you will definitely get placed, given that you are famous in the college I mean, you should hangout with professors, host programs etc. Yes you will have to pay the college 20 to 25% of your CTC package if I am not wrong. They will have you take a compulsory training before placements and you will have to cough up some 8 to 10k.
