OJEE

Candidates who match the OJEE cutoff criteria at an institute which accepts OJEE score will be invited to appear for the further selection process which includes Group Discussion, Written Ability Test and Personal Interview . If the candidates are shortlisted after the counselling process, he/she will be required to carry a set of documents for the admission process. Candidates are advised to keep original documents handy as the college authorities require the same at the time of admission. The original and photocopy of documents that candidates need to possess at the time of admission through OJEE scores are:

1. Copies of class 10 and Class 12 mark sheets
2. Copy of Graduation mark sheet 
3. Birth certificate
4. OJEE scorecard
5. OJEE application form 
6. OJEE admit card
7. Residence proof
8. Photo ID
9. Copies of passport size photographs
10. Caste Certificate (if applicable)
11. Admission fee (challan/DD/cash). 

If in case, students find any discrepancy in their OJEE results, they can get it reviewed by requesting OJEE Cell. For OJEE result rechecking, students will need to pay INR 500 as a fee. Candidates need to pay the fee in the form of a Demand Draft, drawn in favour of OJEE. It needs to be drawn from any nationalised bank, payable at Bhubaneswar and should reach the above address (within seven calendar days) as mentioned above. OJEE scorecard will only mention overall scores. However, those candidates who wish to know their sectional scores can also request the exam conducting authority for the same.

Note: OJEE Committee will only review the OJEE results, they will not re-evaluate the answer sheets of candidates.
