Graduates of Ashoka university are recruited across diverse profile: business analyst, credit risk analyst, executive assistant, communication and strategy, Project manager, Research analyst, data science, digital marketing, HR, product manager, software developer, and many more. (As you mentioned that you are a student of PhD from History, I believe there are very low chances but you should try and also you can prefer off campus internship program.)
Mostly in colleges placement cell always prefers student from business course or economics. But I'll suggest you to try for placement.
