Hello Ragiri Sandhya Rani, you can definitely go in for Ph.D. but perhaps it's too late for the current session that may begin on July 22. You need to clear the Ph.D. entrance exam conducted by the University under which you desire to do your Ph.D. I suggest that you should have a look at the website and download the brochure for reading at leisure and understanding nuances.
