IIT Bhubaneswar provides Ph.D. in 16 streams (Including Maths) and fees for each is same. For: Year 1 : Rs 43,568
Year 2: Rs 32,352
Year 3 : Rs 32,352.

Concurrent applications for admissions to the Ph.D. Programme as well as the award of University Fellowship can be made. Full-time Ph.D. students with a brilliant academic record can be awarded University Fellowships of Rs.25,000/- per month.
