QUT typically processes applications within 10 working days upon receiving all required documents. Successful applicants will receive their offer directly or through their designated agent. If the applicant hasn’t met the entry requirements for their desired course, QUT offers placement in an English Langauge or pathway programme as packaged pathway. However, if the applicant is selected then they will get a direct offer from the university.

QUT University offers scholarships for international students under QUT international merit scholarship. covering 25% of tuition fees contingent on meeting minimum academic standards. Additionally, ongoing scholarships covering 25% of tuition fees per semester are available for eligible courses in courses of Business, Law, Creative Industries, Education and Social Justice, Engineering, and Science, provided students maintain academic requirements.
