The college is a very good college. It is NAAC Grade A, and its faculty is highly professional and teaches according to student level of understanding. They also take extra time for double classes. There are semester exams which is divided into mid-term and end-term exam. The exams are not so difficult and the grading system is there in the college. The placement is also good averaging INR 7 Lacs, and the highest may touch INR 20 Lacsto INR 25 Lacs. Top Indian and foreign companies come here for placement drive.

MS Ramiah Institute ( NIRF rank 67) and Thapar Institute ( NIRF rank 28 ) are equally good engineering college .Thapar is slightly higher in rank but it would cost you more than MS Ramiah .
You can choose Thapar if you have good budget otherwise MS Ramiah is also a decent choice.
