Yes, robotics and automation is offered at Symbiosis IInstitute of echnology .
They have well-equipped labs, a robotics club, good lecturers and all the help you would require to be a good robotics engineer.

There is scholorship available at VELS institute. It is known as fees slab and every student is placed into a slab with respect to his/her performance in the entrance exam. The fees strucure is around 1.5 Lacs to 3 lacs. It is advised to check their website for the latest updates and fee structure as it may vary.

According to my opinion, Robotics and AI are much better than Entc as they offer a great career and a variety of range and in the coming years, they will be everywhere as it will help companies reduce the employees cost and maximize their profits specially if they have to make it work for some repeated task such as manufacturing parts of a same vehicle, doing things which are in loop because we humans get tensed while doing the same task but machine doesn't. But the advancement here is possible when Entc flourishes. So, they are dependent on each other and now it depends on your interest that out of both which you want to choose.

Secondly, to apply you need to go to their website and apply under the option. You would be asked to enter your CET and JEE Mains marks and if JEE and MHT-CET is considered you have to score atleast 90-95 percentile above to get into it, then only you can expect top Branches. After the registration closes,they will release the Merit list. You will then be called as per your merit number serially for seat
