Indian students need to pay a initial deposit worth CAD 1,000 (INR 67.4 K) at USask. The deposit is usually due within 30 days of receiving admission offer.

Only after paying this would Indian students be eligible to receive their PAL from the university.

Yes, Indian UG students would need a Provinicial Attestation Letter (PAL) to study in Canada. However, Master's or PhD students don't need a PAL to study here. To get a PAL, students will need to accept their admission offer and pay the initial fee deposit to confirm their seat.

USask will then initiate the process of obtaining your PAL from the government authorities.
