Yes, School of Design, MIT WPU Pune students can get 100% scholarship provided they fulfill the specified criteria. MIT WPU offers scholarships to students on first-come-first-serve-basis. Dr. Vishwanath Karad Scholarship (100%)

Students who are selected for the scholarship at School of Design, MIT WPU also need to fulfill specific criteria to continue the scholarship. To continue the scholarship for the entire duration of the course, a minimum level of the academic score has to be maintained at an 8 CGPA across all semesters. Students must also maintain an attendanceof a  minimum of 80% and there should be no disciplinary action against the student.
