IAER provides various scholarships to students. The details are mentioned below:
Early Bird Scholarships: This scholarship is offered to the students who submit the scholarship application early. Moreover, the scholarships are valid up to May 30 of every session.
Merit Scholarships: These scholarships are offered based on the scores offered by the students in the last qualifying exam. Yes the vet tech institute provided the scholarship according to their policy since the year 2009, they provide a Mahatma Gandhi National Merit scholarship in tuition fees for the BTech degree program, and 100 % scholarship will be awarded to MPC toppers (maths, physics, chemistry) from each state/ union territory among admitted candidates, who have completed admission entrance test, conducted by the vel tech institute for the BTech program.

While ADBU does not offer any scholarship that covers 100% of the total cost of tuition fees for B.Tech programmes, it does offer various scholarship schemes which can provide partial financial support to deserving students. Academic Merit scholarships are given to students who have a good academic track record, usually with CGPA or marks in specified subjects.

UEM Kolkata offers scholarships for programme after 10+2. There are three types of scholarships. 100%, 50% and 25% scholarship on tuition fees. Those who scored 95 percent in their boards received a 100% scholarship. Those who scored 90% and 85% on their boards received 50% and 25% respectively.
There are based scholarships offered to both UG and PG students. 100 percent scholarship is offered only when 95% aggregate and above in CBSE/ ISC/ state board in Class 10 & Class 12 is obtained by a student.

Scholarship through the Institute is given from the Student's Welfare Fund of the University. The students of UG/PG classes belonging to SC/ST/OBC/GEN/Minorities can avail scholarships through Samaj Kalyan.
So the institute does not provide 100% scholarship but you can get benefits from some Govt and private scholarships.
Many NGOs provide 100 % scholarships for talented students.
You can apply on NSP (National Scholarship Portal) to get the scholarship.
