The scholarship is allotted generally to the candidates who have got the admission in CAP rounds. It is difficult for you to claim the fee waiver scholarship from the Government of Maharashtra. For which scholarship you are applying read the terms it will be mentioned there.

Hello, according to me abroad education has a specific degree in game designing for both Bachelors and Masters programme. So they would get more opportunities than the BFA degree. BFA has wide prospects as graphic designers, illustrators
I would suggest you to pick up some specialised course in game design in order to get the better opportunities.

No, you can't get full scholarship in any private university, but in case of government colleges, if your family income is less than one lakh and you are an SC/ST then you will get free education, or if there is no one in your family with income, then also you will get free education.
