Xavier University offers graduate assistantships to students who are pursuing master's courses at the university. However, students must fulfill certain eligilibity criteria as well as document requirements mentioned below in order to avail these benefits.

Eligibility Requirements and Restrictions:

Applicants must be accepted into a degree-seeking or licensure-seeking programme at Xavier University to be considered for a graduate assistantship. Students admitted provisionally or in the application process are not eligible for graduate assistantships. Graduate assistants must be registered for a minimum of six credit hours each semester to be eligible for tuition remission and may not receive tuition remission from other sources such as, but not limited to, the Veterans Benefits Administration, employers, or scholarships. Xavier employees and their dependents are not eligible to apply. Tuition remission may only be applied to the graduate assistant’s Bursar’s account for tuition accrued during the semester (s) worked. Appointment as a graduate assistant may affect other financial aid eligibility. A student may receive more than one graduate assistantship but contract hours may not exceed a total of 20 hours per week.

Yes, The Xavier Institute of Management and Informatics (XIMI) offers four types of scholarships to meritorious and needy students. Candidates can apply for these scholarships either on at the time of admission or while pursuing the programme. The scholarships offered at XIMI Jaipur are:

At the Time of Admission

• Merit-Based (All): 10% tuition fee concession for >= 85% graduation percentage.
• Merit-Based (Girls): 5% tuition fee concession for 80-85% graduation percentage.
• Sports (International): 25% tuition fee concession for >= 50% graduation percentage.
• Sports (National): 10% tuition fee concession for >= 50% graduation percentage.
