Yeah, PCT does give 100% scholarships. If your family income's below 72k a year and you scored 60% plus in 12th, you can get full fee waiver after a test and interview. Same goes for toppers and merit-based stuff. They also consider things like sports, rural background, NCC/NSS, or if you've done anything innovative.
Basically, if you've got strong marks or a solid background, there's a good chance you can study for almost free.

Yes, Virohan: Rustomjee, Thane does offer scholarships to students officially pursuing a BVoc course from the institute. The distribution of these scholarships is done via an in-house scholarship test, i.e., VSAT. Students who wish to avail scholarship must appear for the test.
