No, they don't offer a fully 100% scholarship. Some partial financial aid is available like state government schemes like OBC/SC/ST/EBC students, and institute level merit based help. Girls may get a fee waiver scheme. But it;s not a full ride. you will likely cover some costs yourself unless you meet specific criteria.

From Fall 2025, Brown University has planned to become need-blind for all Undergraduate international students. This move is a part of the ongoing commitment to admit students irrespective of their ability to pay for tuition, and to ensure the sustainability of financial aid initiatives for future generations. Brown University meets 100% of the demonstrated financial need of the students. This university does not offer merit-based scholarships. However, students can avail any external-based scholarships.

While M.S. Ramaiah Medical College facilitates access to various scholarships, including government schemes (state and central), and some merit-based awards, it generally does not provide 100% scholarships that cover all tuition and living expenses for every student. They offer guidance for obtaining government and bank loans and have limited internal scholarships (e.g., Ramaiah Centenary Scholarship of 5,000 rupees). The primary support comes from government-funded scholarships based on merit, financial need, and category.

While B. R. Harne College of Engineering and Technology offers various scholarships, it does not typically provide a 100% scholarship for all students. The college facilitates access to state government scholarships, such as those for EBC (Economically Backward Class), SC/ST/OBC categories, and minority scholarships, which offer significant fee reimbursements or concessions. Eligibility for these often depends on family income, caste, and academic merit. Students can also seek educational loans through banks.

Although NCE - Narayanaguru College of Engineering provides scholarship in different names and forms of the government (scholarship in reserved categories like SC/ST) and merit based, however most of the times it does not cover full scholarship to all the students by covering all the expenses. The scholarships are normally fee waivers, discounts or waivers depending on the academic merit, income or in some cases quotas. A proper grasping of financial aid offered and eligibility will only be achieved through contacting the admissions office or financial aid office of the college directly.
