M.A.M. College of Engineering and Technology doesn't typically offer a 100% scholarship that covers the entire tuition and all fees to all students. However there are some schemes under which provide free studies like AICTE Fee Waiver Scheme, Minority Scholarships etc.

Yes, Deogiri Institue of Engineering and Management Studies gives 100% scholarships to deserving and eligible students including full fee concessions.
Scholorships are academic and merit based.
Students with good academic records or those from economically weaker sections are also be eligible for partial fee concessions.
