Yes, Division of mechanical sciences in IISc has quite decent opportunities in terms of providing *100% scholarship*. Students belonging to SC/ST/PwD are waived of full tuition fee. In other cases, especially in *M.Tech and Ph.D. courses* where high *monthly allowances (e.g. 12400 rupiahs a month for M.Tech, 37,000+ rupiahs a month for Ph.D)* are granted. Those stipends suffice to pay the academic costs partly or completely and also assist a lot in the expenses of residing, so studying becomes extremely cheap, which translates to the result that it is about the same as a full scholarship.

UIET Kurukshetra University offers various scholarships, primarily through government schemes (like Post Matric Scholarships for SC/ST/BC, Pragati Scholarship for girls, Saksham Scholarship for disabled students) and some university-level scholarships based on merit or need. While these scholarships can significantly reduce fees, a 100% scholarship covering all expenses for all students is not guaranteed or widely available. Full tuition fee waivers might be possible for specific categories (e.g., SC students with low family income) under certain schemes.
