Dear Poonam, Both CU and LPU are good but if I talk about the placements of M.Sc. In Mathematics, then LPU is good for placements. As far as I know, the highest package offered for the programme is INR 9.55 LPA. The companies visited for recruitment are as follows:

According to my point of view you should make strong your mathematics and Physics as you want to crack NDA. It will be beneficial for you. You can correct NDA exam in 12th class also but if you unable to do so then you should take admission in B.Tech because there are special entry for B tech in Indian Army. You can also apply for TES -Technical entry scheme to go for the post of lieutenant.
