The exam conducting authority does not have any age limit to appear for the SITEEE exam. Candidates who fulfil the minimum scores in their qualifying exams are eligible to apply for the SITEEE BTech exam.

Yes. As per the SITEEE eligibility criteria mentioned by the University, applicants who passed D.Voc. Stream in the same or allied sector can apply for the BTech exam. SIU will offer suitable bridge courses for subjects like Mathematics, Physics, Engineering drawing, etc., for those who come from diverse educational backgrounds.

The basic eligiblity criteria to apply for SITEEE exam is passing the class 10+2 exam with Physics, Mathematics and Chemistry/ Computer Science/Electronics/ Information Technology/Biology/Informatics Practices/ Biotechnology/Technical Vocational subject/ Agriculture/ Engineering Graphics/Business Studies /Entrepreneurship. Candidates must have obtained at least 45% marks aggregate (40% for reserved category).

The eligibility criteria for admission to SITEEE are as follows:

  1. Nationality: The candidate must be an Indian citizen or a foreign national.
  2. Age Limit: There is no age limit to apply for SITEEE.
  3. Academic Qualification: The candidate must have passed Class 12 from a recognised board with Physics and Mathematics as main subjects and Chemistry/Biology/Biotechnology/Technical Vocational Subject as an optional subject. The candidate must have obtained at least 45% marks (40% for SC/ST candidates) in the above subjects taken together.
  4. International Students: For international students, the candidate must have passed Class 12 or equivalent examin

A candidate cannot apply for a revaluation or re-totaling of the marks. The result that will be declared by the admission authority will be final. The SITEEE Result 2024 will be declared on May 22, 2024, on the official website in online mode. The rank list for SITEEE 2024 will also be released, along with the SITEEE Result 2024.
