It depends on your interest and also what you want to be in your life. Being a political Science student I would say that scope is very limited in political Science, there is not much options available after graduation but if you do eco hons. Then there are many options from which you can choose what is best for you. Also economics hons. Is tough than political Science.

Sociology will be a better option instead of Hindi as sociology is easier in comparison to Hindi as Hindi is a language and to do Master's in any language will always be tough if you will compare it with any other subject. Rest my suggestion will be that make your choice according to your interest because if you will choose subject according to your interest than it will be easy for you to learn.
