Given below are the steps to apply for MIT scholarships for international students:
CSS Profile: CSS Profile is a tool provided by the MIT College Board and is used to determine if the candidate qualifies for a need-based MIT Scholarship. Documents required for the same include:
- Candidate's parents' income tax returns or wage statements
- Any other records of money earned
- Current bank account balances
- Records of investment
- Records of untaxed income
The other method is to demonstrate financial need by submitting the Income or Parental Tax return document to the IDOC platform managed by the College board.

Low-income first year students at MIT are provided a first year grant worth USD 2,000 (INR 1.75 L).
This sum is granted to help with the costs associated with the extra expenses such as sheets, towels & warm coats for the bedroom. The sum is split equally between the Fall & Spring semesters & is only available to first-year students.

Indian students at GCU are eligible for GCU Postgraduate Scholarship. These are applicable for students enrolled in a full-time postgraduate course. Up to GBP 3,000 scholarship (Around INR 3.5 lakh) is offered in the form of a tuition fee discount. A separate application is not required for this scholarship. The tuition fee scholarship shall be applied at the time of enrolment. This scholarship is available for on-campus study at Glasgow and London campuses.

According to unofficial sources, Glasgow Caledonian University acceptance rate is around 70%. This means that this university is somewhat selective while granting admissions. So, to take admission to this university, the applicants should have to meet all the entry requirements and submit the applications on time. For admission to UG courses, Indian applicants should have passed Class 12 with minimum of 60%. On the other hand, for admission to PG Taught courses, the applicants are required to have a 3-year of 4-year Bachelor's degree with minimum 50% or 60% (as applicable).

Yes, there are various courses that are transferable and will be counted towards the degree. It depends on the rules of the recipient university, but yes, a lot of UCLA courses are transferable and can be used toward your degree at other recognised schools. Some crucial points that international students must keep in mind are listed below:
- Since UCLA has regional accreditation, the majority of American universities accept its credits.
- Your UCLA courses will be compared against the new university's curriculum.
