The stipend for PhD in Germany will differ for the course type, the academic background and the merit of the students. The general stipend of PhD in Germany is EUR 900 to EUR 1300.

The International Student Support Scholarship at Charles Sturt University is for new international students (commencing). The application for this scholarship is considered automatically by the university's admissions team for a course at the campus. This scholarship provides a 10% fee discount for the course duration. The eligible courses can be checked from the official website of Charles Sturt University. 

Charles Sturt University offers Vice-Chancellor International Excellence scholarship to new international applicants. This scholarship is offered to outstanding students who showcase the values of this university and community contributions. It leads to 50% tuition fee reduction throughout the whole course duration. To get this scholarship, the students should achieve an entry score of 80% or higher in their previous studies. The eligible courses can be checked from the Charles Sturt University official website. 

To get into the University of Melbourne MS courses, international students are required to pay an application fee of AUD 150 which is INR 8.6K. But hey, this isn't the only cost. Just recently, the Australian Visa has become very expensive for Indian students. 

So, it is important to take care of these costs before you make the University of Melbourne application.
