First, the scope largely depends on the specialisation you choose. You can work in roles in academia, research, labs etc. You can work in both private and government sectors in India. Just make sure you work on your skills, experience, and resume while your degree progresses. Working abroad might require you to fulfill additional criteria. Make sure you research enough before applying. The requirements also vary across different countries.

Both ACT and SAT are standardised tests accepted for undergraduate admissions in the USA and elsewhere. The test scores are also considered for scholarship applications.
The SAT exam comes with Reading, Writing and Maths sections. The Reading and Writing sections also include questions from Science - which are readiong comprehensions, so students can easily them.
However, the core ACT test consists of Reading, Maths and English sections with optional Science and Writing sections. The questions in ACT exam are considered to be more technical for which real knowledge of the subject is required.
