All full-time university campus students of St Leo Uni are required to live on-campus. The exception to this are students who are commuting from home, married students, non-traditional students, veterans, or senior students who have earned 90+ credit hours. The residence halls at St. Leo Uni are Benoit Hall, Henderson Hall, Roderick Hall, Snyder Hall, etc.

Saint Leo acceptance rate is around 72%. This acceptance rate of St Leo Uni suggests that this university is moderately selective. For admission to the UG courses of this university, Indian students should have completed high school. Students who want to take admission to PG courses, they must have completed a Bachelor's degree.
