 A master's degree in relevant field with at least 55 % marks is required to be eligible for the doctoral programme of applied physics offered by IIIT Surat. Entry tests and interviews shall also be part of the admission process. During the recent NIT Surat placements 2025, 109 students registered for the BTech Chemical placements, of which 24 students have been placed till Oct 28, 2024. The highest and average package offered to the students of BTech Chemical branch stood at INR 21 LPA and INR 9.83 LPA.
