Yes, you are eligible to apply for UGC NET management exam. Duration of B.Ed course after D.Ed is of 2 years. For B.Ed course, minimum qualifications required to apply is D.Ed. It has to be done in relevant stream from government recognized institute. Better institute for B.Ed course:-

According to my views and experience, minimum qualification criteria, is student must have to pass graduation, but as you say, you have completed BBA and MBA, definitely you can join B.Ed course.
