I don't think reverse order of languages specified by you would create any problem, but I would recommend you to discuss with the CTET management once.

Hello,
According to the UGC NET exam guidelines, candidates who have completed Masters' degree with minimum 55% aggregate marks from any UGC approved university or are in the qualifying year of post-graduation can apply for the NET exam. So, if you are in the final year of post-graduation, you can surely appear for the exam. If you want to apply for JRF NET then your age must not exceed than 28 years.

You are definitely eligible for applying for B.Ed after completing B.Com and MCA course. For B.Ed, the minimum requirement is that you must be graduate. It does not matter from which course and which stream, and it will give you benefit of doing MCA. So, you need not to worry and can definitely apply.

Hi,
Eligibilty for KSOU B.Ed:
Candidates passed in Bachelors Degree should have 50% marks
Students, who have completed two years of service, provided he/she continues to work in a recognized Institution at any level (like Primary School, High School, etc.,) even at the time of admission if selected. They must produce a Service Certificate to that effect from the Head of the Institution where they are working.
So, you are eligible for this course.

As per my knowledge, you are not eligible for BA, because then maximum percentage required in BA is 50% marks, so you are not eligible for it.

Many Private colleges offer the B.Ed course without taking an entrance exam. RIMT University in Punjab is provided this course, which is very good in this course specialization. http://rimt.ac.in/b.ed-approved-by-ncte-punjabi-university-patiala.php.

Yes, as per the UGC norms, it is mandatory to qualify the NET exam to be eligible for lectureship in university or colleges, The NET exam is held for determination for assistant professor, for junior research fellowship and to pursue Ph.D. To be eligible for NET exam, you must fulfill all eligibility criteria for the exam. You must have completed the post-graduation degree with more than 55% marks. The age must be below 30 year for NET JRF, while no age limit for NET Lectureship. The candidates are allowed to apply for their post-graduation subject only. If you fulfill all eligibility criteria, you can apply for UGC NET Y
