Yes, you can pursue distance M.Ed from IGNOU. The candidates appearing for the entrance test must satisfy the eligibility criteria that are being mentioned below
The candidates appearing for the M.Ed. Programme must ensure secure a minimum 50% marks in total. There is not needs to apply for the teacher who have been appointed prior to the instigation of the NCTE regulations that was announced in the March 2010 and scored 50% marks

The eligibility criteria for admission to M.Ed in KSOU:
For the applicant to be eligible for admission into M.Ed, the applicant must possess B. Ed degree from Karnataka/Other States/Union Territories with minimum 50% aggregate.
Admission Process for Admission for M.Ed:
Selection will depend on counseling. Counseling will be held after merit list announcement. Entrance exam would be conducted by the University during the month of November/December based on chosen school subjects and subjects studied by the applicant at degree level. Entrance Examination will be held at Bangalore, Mysore, Dharwad and Gulbarga.

There is no such specific syllabus for the same. However, the entrance exam will consist of Written Test of 50 Marks of one-hour duration and a personal interview for 50 marks. Please refer the link below for detailed information on the various courses and admission criteria of Assam University:

Eligibility for B.Ed-M.Ed integrated course in MGAHV: Candidate must have a degree in science or social science or humanities with a minimum of 55% (45% in case of SC, ST, OBC (non-creamy), PH). For more information, you can see the below link:

IGNOU offers M.Ed Special education in hearing impairment. Eligibility for admission to M.Ed. Special Education is B.Ed. Special Education or equivalent degree approved by the Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI) with an aggregate of 50% marks and two years of teaching/professional experience.
