You can refer to Arihant experts, GKP, Suresh Bhavnagar, Nidhi Taneja as these are the best material available today, refer to any one of them and go through it completely.

If you have studied in science field, you can give CSIR-NET otherwise UGC NET exams.

Yes, you can apply for B.Ed in Annamalai University. But I would request you to contact the university through mail or call before applying.

You need to select the same subject in the UGC NET exam in which you have done your PG.

If you have done graduation (in any discipline) + B.Ed, you will be allowed to teach up to class 8th.
