Yes, you can apply for B.Ed. The eligibility is to have completed graduation/ post-graduation from a recognized university with minimum 50% marks (47.5% for SC/ ST/ Blind/ Physically Handicapped candidate) or must have completed BE/ B.Tech from a recognized university with minimum 55% marks (52.25% for SC/ ST/ Blind/ Physically Handicapped candidate).
The final admission is based on the marks obtained in graduation.

You have to clear TET exam to teach in any of the government schools. TET is teachers eligibility test which should be cleared in other to get a job.
