You need to have passed 12th from a recognised educational board. Preferably, humanities subjects as the main subjects of study at the 10+2 level, and a minimum aggregate score of 50% (45% for SC/ST/OBC candidates). Fee vary from institute to institute. Like for example in Kasturi Ram College Of Higher Education, the fee is INR 58,000; Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University fees is INR 23,000.

Hello Femina,
It is handy to get these certifications but may or may not be required depending on where you want to teach. And these are English language certifications. Please check with the necessary country specific job portals to check the requirements and proceed accordingly.
