The question would have not arised if you had known the difference between teacher and Lecturer. B.Ed is for School teachers whereas SET or NET is to be cleared in order to pursue Doctorate Degree and to for a career of Professor. Thanks and all the best.

To give CTET exam, you should complete graduation with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in 1-year Bachelor in Education (B.Ed). So, you are eligible to give CTET exam.
