If you've scored 50%+ in PG then I suggest you to opt B.Ed, because after B.Ed you may get yourself enrolled at TGT post.

The eligibility criteria is you need to have 4 years integrated degree course of Regional College of Education of NCERT with at least 50% marks in the concerned subject as well as in the aggregate or
A Bachelor's degree or equivalent from a recognized university with 50% marks or above in aggregate as well as in the concerned subject comprising the combination as under:
(B) B.Ed. or equivalent from a recognized University.
(C) Should pass Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) conducted by CBSE.
(D) Maximum age limit for TGT teacher is 35 years.

M.ED: 1-2 year course (according to University) for which graduate and post graduate are eligible. After completing this course one can take up a teacher's job in college.

D.El.Ed course can be pursued by students who have passed 10+2 (any stream) from a recognized board. The course has been designed to improve the elementary level teacher workforce in India.
After completing 2 years long academic programme, D.El.Ed. professionals become eligible to work at elementary level schools and similar educational institutes imparting elementary education. This teacher training course suits those who want to teach at lower (elementary) level schools.
The age limit is completed 17 years and should not exceed 25 years at the time of admission.
