This is another interesting query. Fundamentally, it means doing two courses simultaneously. Of course, it can be done. But the issue is not only theoretical possibility. Its actually question of ability to find time for studies for two different courses. But then, one can save on time. Even to the extent of as much as two years. Say Masters in subject of graduation and B.Ed. Surely, one can pursue this arrangement. Career prospects too are enhanced since teacher with PG+B Ed can go places as compared with teacher with only Graduation + B.Ed.Some positions demand serving for a certain period in particular position. PG + B.Ed. will take you to that position earlier. It needs to be emphasized understood that higher educational qualification will always help in career progression and prospects.

This is a very interesting query or proposition! Let us first understand meaning of these terms and then we can see advantages or drawbacks.
BTC is acronym for 'Basic Training Course'. This is a two year course and these who pass out can be employed as teachers in Primary schools. This course can be done by those who have a graduate's degree. After successful completion, one can employed as primary teacher. PG as the name suggests is a postgraduate course also of two years duration that can be done after graduation.
BTC can get you a job in Primary section of the school and of course lesser pay. PG can get you employment in a college or in a school if B Ed is also done. But in school one can become principal too. On the other hand one can progress further in college if PG is followed by PhD and passing of NET. Can become Principal of college or even vice chancellor of a University.
But then again, if financial conditions do not permit further studies then one can get job with BTC.
To conclude, I would say that one should pursue BTC and job only if financial conditions do not permit further studies. Else, without doubt, PG should be preferred.

A Master's degree can carry a lot of weight in the teaching job market and those who have their Masters are regarded as experts in their field. In addition, a Masters is a basic requirement for teaching at the college or university level.
Pursuing a Master of Arts in Teaching (MAT) or a Masters of Education (ME) can also help make you a better teacher. These degrees focus on teaching somebody on how to be a teacher, with a heavy emphasis on pedagogy, teaching methods, philosophy of education, and educational technology.
Whereas an undergraduate degree gives you knowledge of a certain subject, a MAT or an ME teaches you how to impart that knowledge to your students. Advanced degrees in teaching also incorporate experience. You'll have the opportunity to teach in a classroom setting, under the supervision of an experienced teacher, while pursuing your degree. That way, when you graduate, you'll have a deeper understanding of what it takes to become a teacher.
You should definitely pursue higher studies instead of joining a job after completing JBT.

JBT is a full-time course. I can't suggest you any parallel course. Rather I'd say, you must focus on JBT for brighter future.
Once you've completed your JBT, you'd most likely go for following career choices:
1. B.Ed: By pursuing this course, you can upgrade your skills as a teacher.
2. Appear in CTET exam, as D.Ed and JBT candidates are eligible for it.
3. You can pursue other graduate-level courses too.
But once you've entered the path of becoming a noble teacher, you must keep your reins in the vicinity of teaching aura only.
It is not important how you complete too many courses parallelly and grab a career. More important is to complete every course you take up and become excellent at what you've learned till now.
Even then if you want parallel courses then I would refer: ETE (Elementary Teacher Education), NTT (Nursery Teacher Training), TTC (Teachers Training Certificate) and D.Ed as parallel courses.

The eligibility for Paper 1 is as follows:-
1. You have passed or currently in the final year of Diploma in Elementary Education with 50% marks in the Senior Secondary.
2. Under NCTE norms, the candidate who passed or currently in the 2nd year of Diploma in Elementary Education with 45% marks in Senior Secondary.
3. Applicants who have passed Senior Secondary Education or pursuing final year with 50% marks in Bachelor of Elementary Education.
4. Senior Secondary Education or its equivalent with 50% aggregate in Diploma in Special Education.
For Paper 2 the eligibility is:-
1. You should have either Completed or pursuing the final year of Diploma in Elementary Education (B.El.Ed) along with B.A /B.Sc or
2. Completed or currently in last year of Bachelor in Education with at least 50% marks in B.A/ B.Sc. Or
Passed or appearing Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) with at least 45% marks in B.A or B.Sc. or
3. Qualified or appearing Bachelor in Elementary Education (B.El.Ed) and with 50% marks in senior secondary or
4. Passed or appearing 1-year B.Ed (Special Education) and with 50% marks in B.A or B.Sc. or
5. Completed or pursuing 4-year B.A or B.Sc.Ed and with 50% marks in Senior Secondary.
