D.El.Ed course can be pursued by students who have passed 10+2 (any stream) from a recognized board.
It is not mandatory to have teaching experience for joining D.El.Ed.

Yes, you can get the admission for B.Ed as you have completed MA (English).
Any person having graduation or post-graduation in any stream is eligible to take admission to B.Ed. It will help you later on in your promotion & you can work as a PGT.

On the basis of performance in admission test, UP Rajarshi Tandon Open University offers admission in B.Ed course.

You can be a counselor in clinics. After MA in psychology, you can be a professor in a university or college also.
Some colleges do look for students who have there M.Phil or Ph.D degree. You need to check the criteria before applying for any post. But the regular course will have more value and knowledge than a correspondence course.

In order to pursue B.Ed course in Hindi, the applicant should have completed his/her graduation or post-graduation in Hindi from a recognized university with 50% minimum.
