Here is the list of best D.Ed colleges in Mumbai:
- Navjeevan Education Society's Adhyapak Vidyalaya
- Chembur Sarvankash Shikshan Shastra Mahavidyalaya

If you have completed your Master's degree, you should try for NET and do Ph.D for lectureship in colleges. It will be a better option. But still, if you wish to be a school teacher, you can either do a Ph.D or a B.Ed. Both are acceptable.

You still can teach maths if you have completed your graduation and post graduation.
If you have scored good marks in UG and PG then apply for KVs, etc.
