In 70 30 rule of teaching, the teacher talk 30% whereas students for 70%. It also means students will be taught in 30% and for the remaining 70%, they will practice to emphasise active participation.

Yes, internationally you can teach without a teaching degree. Get a TEFL, TESOL certificate, and gain experience. Get fluency in the English language.

Difference is the level of classes they teach. Trained Graduate teaches from class 6 to 10, whereas PGT teaches class 11 and 12.  A master's degree is required in PGT, unlike TGT.
