TU Munich offers 150+ programs across UG, PG and PhD levels. Most of these programs are taught in English and German, both the languages.
Most of the Engineering programs including Mechanical Engineering, Information Engineering, and Material Science Engineering are instructed in English and German. If a student has German proficiency, it will be a plus, but it isn't required for many programs.
Please note that the language requirements change on the basis of the program that one is enrolling, so it is always advisable to check the official website to the university for programs based needs.
