No, if you have studied in Pondicherry it will not effect the counselling if you have nativity Certificate.

Hello Anand Kumar Jha, let me confess. Guessing a rank in any entrance exam or in exam is very tough. It's like guessing weather without any inputs. I would sincerely advise you to have patience. Its only TNEA that can give ranking. Best wishes to you.
