Yes, almost all the PG-level courses at Manchester University would need Indian students to submit a final dissertation or project. This is the requirement as part of their 1-year curriculum structure

This final project awards the students 60 credits out of the 180-credit degree. A well researched paper or a practical project needs to be submitted.

Yes, the University of Manchester is considered a top tier university in the UK because of its high rankings, the status of the Russell Group and high employability. 

As per Shiksha Popularity rankings, Manchester University is ranked at #5 and under QS 2026, this ranking stood at #18.

Indian students would need to meet the requirements given below -
